Pet Portraits

Each portrait is done with care and love. It is unique to the customer and the pet being portrayed.

Process

I first start a conversation regarding what you are looking for and work from your photographs. I will find out information about the pet and request a variety of photos in order to see the pet from multiple perspectives and get to know them from your perspective. Drafts and process images are sent to make sure you are happy with the layout and how the image is coming. You have approval of the final draft, or I rework details to meet your satisfaction.

Once completed, the portrait gets packed in a plastic sleeve and mailed in a photo envelope to anywhere in the United States. This is included with the portrait fee for no additional cost.

Pricing

All portraits are done on 9″ x 12″ watercolor paper in ink and watercolor upon request (there is no additional cost to the watercolor). I can add up to 3 pets into one picture for additional costs. I can also do custom sizes and pricing upon request whether you want the portrait smaller or larger (5″x7″ or up to 11″ x 14″). If you would like more than 3 pets in a single portrait I encourage you to reach out and we can discuss how we can make that happen.

Single Pet – $250

Two Pets – $300

Three Pets – $350

Scanned digital copy of portrait available for $40 extra

Imaginative Pet Portraits

These portraits can be done with a single pet when you want more of a scene or story to fully portray your furry family member. These portraits will use photographs but may portray your pet in an action or scene you do not have a photograph of (as seen in the below image). They will be more time intense and will likely involve more photographs, but you will get an absolutely unique, one of a kind piece.

Single Imaginative Pet – $350
